This is a look I did a few weeks ago inspired by Cora of Vintage or Tacky. I'm really into pastels, duo-chrome and shimmeriness at the moment so this mermaid-y look totally fits into all of that.

I used Freak from Urban Decay's Electric palette all over the lid. I blended Fringe from the same palette into the crease and brought it in to create a mid-tone with Freak. The cool half of Aura from the UD Glinda palettewas the perfect duo-chrome shadow for the inner corner and brow bone. Using Illamasqua's Sealing Gel I turned Fringe into an eyeliner for the upper lid. I lined my water line with UD's 24/7 pencil in Ransom and blended this down with Urban from the Electric palette.
I also used Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade in Medium Brown and the mascara was Too Faced Better Than Sex (my HG mascara).
Not sure about the base products used. I know the lipstick is Lipstick Queen The Hustle.
